Dr. Keith Segalman is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a certificate of added qualifications in hand surgery.

Education & Training

Dr. Segalman obtained his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. He went on to complete a hand surgery and microvascular fellowship at the Raymond Curtis National Hand Center and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Throughout Dr. Segalman’s training, he was awarded several prestigious educational awards.

Dr. Segalman’s academic achievements are further highlighted by his professional achievements, including holding various leadership and board positions and receiving numerous professional awards and honors. He has significantly contributed to esteemed medical literature through authored book chapters and research studies. Furthermore, he is a sought-after international presenter.

Get to Know Dr. Segalman

Dr. Segalman enjoys playing tennis and fly fishing in his free time. He also loves traveling with his two daughters and shares their passion for scuba diving.

In addition to his hobbies, Dr. Segalman’s dedication to helping others extends beyond his practice. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the local chapter of the ALS Association. In 2016, the Segalman family collaborated with the ALS Association to establish The Paula Kovarick Segalman Family Scholarship Fund, aimed at providing educational funding to students affected by ALS.

In addition, he actively volunteers his time at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and participates in medical mission trips.
