After your surgery, you will receive separate bills for the following services:

  • The surgeon (Greater Chesapeake Hand to Shoulder)
  • The anesthesiologist (U.S. Anesthesia Partners or USAP)
  • Pathology (if needed)

Please note: The statement for your Lutherville SurgiCenter facility visit will be mailed in a black and white statement document.
