Emily Newman is a certified physician assistant licensed by the state of Maryland. She brings a wealth of experience in orthopedic surgery, including sports medicine injuries and orthopedic trauma, providing dedicated care to patients before and after their procedures.

Education & Training

Emily has extensive training in diagnosing and managing a wide range of orthopedic conditions. She is skilled in assisting in the operating room and is experienced in clinical research, having previously assisted at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in the Division of Interventional Neuroradiology. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Towson University/Community College of Baltimore County and holds a bachelor’s of science in kinesiology from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Emily is certified in both advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support.
